Short term training can meet immediate company training requirements, but companies who wish to inject their skills and good practice throughout their workforce, may require the longer term NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) programme.

Through the new funding package, Train 2 Gain companies may be able to obtain level 2 qualifications for their staff without financial commitment. Some companies of less than 50 employees, may even receive a contribution towards their wage costs.
