Janet Bridgewater ~ Managing Director

• Formerly a teacher and educational advisor to the Agricultural Training board.
• Pioneered in-house company training throughout the nineties.
• Developed computer based training products.
• Founded QFT UK LTD in 1987.

Rowland Bridgewater ~ Director

• Health and Safety Officer and writer of training materials.
• Rowland has now been with the organisation since 1990 and for four years
  combined this role whilst acting as Regional Manager for the Institute of
  Leadership and Management.

Lyn Dennis ~ Accounts Manager

• Has been with QFT since 1999.
• Originally employed as the centre manager, Lyn has now taken on the role as
  Accounts Manager.

James Oglesby, BSc Hons ~ Information Technology Manager.

• I am responsible for all the IT of the business and web development.
• Managing fully the IT client support systems and have full responsibility and management for the company intranet.
• Also responsible for new business and producing monthly newsletters.


Charlotte Dixon ~ Deptuty Manager

• Formerly working as Operations Manager for Phillips & Bonhams Auctioners, New Bond Street, London, and as House Manager for Sir Tatton Sykes.
• I Drive new business initiatives and am responsible for the management of the client databases and accounts and all office based systems.


We also have a host of consultants working with us, these range from NVQ Programme Managers to Tutors and Industry Experts.
