The Food Hygiene Principles and Practice e-learning course has now been replaced by our new Food Safety Courses.
All our new Food Safety level 1 courses now contain HACCP. In 2006 the EU introduced HACCP legislation which now must be embedded into all food courses and has necessitated The New Food Standards which apply to all who handle food and drink. The old Basic Food Hygiene course has now been rewritten to include the HACCP standards and are now known as Food Safety courses at Levels 1 & 2.
The level 1 courses are split into 3 disciplines:
Food Safety Level 1 in Catering
Food Safety Level 1 in Manufacturing
Food Safety Level 1 in Retail
